If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and selected international regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (like courier delays or customs).

Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided. If a package is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we’ll work with the courier to resolve it.

Any customs duties or taxes for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is damaged or defective

• You received the wrong product

To request a return, email hello@artboards.in with your order number, photos, and issue description.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Once approved, we’ll arrange a return or replacement.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns for:

• Size issues due to incorrect selection

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Clearance/sale items

All content on this website — including product designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and layout — is the intellectual property of Raceboard, unless otherwise stated.
