1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• You received the wrong item

• The item is damaged or defective

To start a return, email us at hello@artboards.in with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Once approved, we’ll either send a replacement or process a refund.

2. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

• Incorrect size selection (check our size guide!)

• Clearance or final-sale items

• Items damaged due to misuse

3. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only if your item was damaged or the wrong product was sent.

4. Shipping Costs for refund and returns

Return shipping is covered by us only in cases of wrong or damaged products. For all other cases, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
